Definition

Delivery confirmation is a carrier service that provides verification that a package was delivered to the shipping address. It documents when and where delivery occurred but typically doesn’t include who signed for it.

  • Delivery scan/status
  • Delivery attempt history

What It Doesn’t Include

  • Recipient signature
  • Photo of delivered package
