Hold for pickup is a service that directs a package to be held at a carrier location instead of delivering it to your door. This gives you control over when and where you receive your package.

  • Select “Hold for Pickup” at checkout
  • Choose pickup location
  • Recipient receives notification

After Shipping (Recipient)

USPS:

  1. Track package at USPS.com
  2. Select “Hold for Pickup”
  3. Choose post office location
  4. Bring ID to collect

UPS:

  1. Use UPS My Choice account
  2. Find incoming package
  3. Select “Change Delivery”
  4. Choose UPS location

FedEx:

  1. Track at FedEx.com or app
  2. Sign into Delivery Manager
  3. Redirect to hold location
  4. Select preferred site

  • Government-issued photo ID

  • Notification slip (if applicable)

Authorization:
