How to Redirect a Package
As the Recipient
USPS:
- Create/log into USPS account
- Find package by tracking number
- Select “Intercept” option
- Choose redirect action
- Pay any fees
UPS:
- Use UPS My Choice
- Locate package
- Select delivery changes
- Choose new option
- Confirm changes
FedEx:
- Sign up for Delivery Manager
- View incoming packages
- Customize delivery
- Select preferred option
As the Shipper
- Contact carrier directly
- Provide tracking number

Redirect Limitations
