Also known as: Delivery Zone, Rate Zone, Zone
Definition
Shipping zones divide the country into distance-based regions from your shipping origin. Zone 1 is closest, Zone 8 is farthest. The higher the zone, the more expensive the shipment.
US Zone Structure

| Zone 5 | 600-1000 miles |

| Zone 8 | 1800+ miles |
How Zones Affect Pricing
Each zone adds to base rate:
- Zone 2 might cost $8
- Zone 5 might cost $12
- Zone 8 might cost $18
